Kalea is our operations manager and landscape creator. She brings her organization skills, plant knowledge, and a love of design to provide you with the best landscape creation, keeping your budget in mind while giving you the yard of your dreams. She will make sure that your yard is a beautiful, edible, and usable space.
Daniel, our Project Manager oversees plant installation for new home builds and manages our replant services for our clients. Daniel also has 11 years of irrigation experience. As a project manager, Daniel ensures that our designs are executed flawlessly in a timely manner and maintained beautifully, protecting your investment on a daily basis.
Leo, our team trainer has 35 years of experience and loves to cultivate our people and their skills! He is extremely friendly and positive with his teaching approach. We place all new hires in a 2 week detailed training program with Leo and other veterans on our teams. We truly value Leo's knowledge, hard-work, and guidance!
Manuel is our Maintenance Manager. He keeps our teams organized and stocked, all while keeping the level of workmanship we are known and trusted for. He's an effective communicator and his leadership is proven with our standards of workmanship displayed throughout our clients properties.
Beto is our applications technician and also a team leader. He keeps our properties looking amazing, all while keeping a well-rounded schedule for each and every property. His can-do attitude and dedication to beautifying our client's properties makes him an indispensable part of our family!
Dean is Kalea's dad and offers his knowledge and support in maintenance and plant care. Dean came from Kapalua Resort where he has spent 40 years in the landscape maintenance service department. He has landscape maintenance management, irrigation, planting, spraying, and consulting experience. He has planted and maintained most of the

He has landscape maintenance management, irrigation, planting, spraying, and consulting experience. He has planted and maintained most of the Kapalua resort throughout his 40 years of service! We are lucky to have Dean in our family!
The only people who will work on your landscape are Maui Landscape Service team members. Our team members have experience and a well rounded knowledge of landscape maintenance. We pride ourselves with providing a higher standard of service. Communication is key to conveying our customers expectations and keeping our teams on the on the same page as the customer's needs!
We can do all kinds of landscaping, but our specialty is in mixing non-native and native plants to create a landscape that meets your needs and fits the ecology of our island!
